And then, following that first miracle and the flawless interviews that follow, I need to successfully convey youthful positivity and team spirit, while totally downplaying my experience and true marketplace value. The older dude scored a job and all he needed was Indeed to help him out.<\/p>\n<p>If only Indeed or any job board anywhere on Earth actually helped people get a job. Then the job seeker could believe again. Feel like a person again.
