And just like in the past when facing adversity, we\u2019ve not only survived but we\u2019ve adapted. And in the end, we\u2019ve come out stronger as a nation,\u201d said Peter Tahinos, senior vice president of marketing at Lincoln Tech.<\/p>\n<h2>Learn A Trade, Repair America<\/h2>\n<p>Lincoln Tech experienced a double-digit increase in new students starting training programs compared to the same period last year, with the Transportation and Skilled Trades segment rising by 13.5 percent and the Healthcare and Other Professions segment growing by nearly 19 percent.<\/p>\n<p>All 22 of the Lincoln Tech schools are now open and holding in-person, hands-on instruction in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.<\/p>\n<h2>But What If &#8220;Things&#8221; Are FUBAR?<\/h2>\n<p>I like DeVito\/Verdi and typically respect their creative outputs, but this commercial could benefit from a cold splash of water in its face.<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 is a new form of lethal, and it&#8217;s going to take a lot more than skilled plumbers and nurses to fix this mess. It&#8217;s disingenuous to assert otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>We, the People, need a change of heart, followed by a change of mind.
