A Sample Entry (To Spark Some Ideas)<\/h2>\n

I do not deserve a tree, but I could use a hug. I haven’t seen my family since March, and I live alone in this draft-ridden, lonely, old house. If you bring me a new tree, I will buy a case of Jameson and invite a small group from the cul-de-sac over from a holiday lawn party. They love my crab dip, so I\u2019m pretty sure they will attend. For what it\u2019s worth, I haven’t seen them either, except through the front window panes. As you may have guessed, I don\u2019t need the tree as much as I need some company. My belief is that this beautiful and bright new object in my front window will assure me that better times are ahead (and inspire my neighbors to join me for a drink). Cheers to that!
